Terms & Conditions for Centxchange:

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Centxchange platform ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

- Eligibility Requirements
  You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Centxchange. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these age and legal requirements.

- Account Creation
  To use certain services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your name, email address, and phone number. You agree to update your information if it changes.

- Account Security 
  You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breaches.

2. Services Provided

Centxchange offers the following services, including but not limited to:

- Spot Trading:
  Allows users to buy, sell, and trade various cryptocurrencies in real-time based on market conditions.

- P2P Trading:
  Facilitates peer-to-peer trading where users can directly exchange cryptocurrencies with one another, using escrow services to ensure trust between the parties.

- Staking: 
  Allows users to lock their cryptocurrencies into specific blockchain networks in exchange for rewards, including staking rewards and interest.

- Affiliate Program:
  Allows users to refer new customers and earn commissions based on the referred customers' activity, subject to the terms and conditions of the affiliate program.

3. Your Responsibilities

By using the platform, you agree to:

- Comply with Laws and Regulations:
  You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines in your jurisdiction when using the platform.

- Provide Accurate Information: 
  You will provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and conducting transactions. You will update any changes to this information.

- Use Platform Responsibly:  
  You will not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities, including money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, or identity theft.

- Maintain Account Security:
  You will keep your account credentials, such as passwords, secure and not share them with anyone. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees and Charges

Centxchange may charge fees for certain services, such as:

- *Trading Fees: 
  A commission or spread for each trade made on the platform.

- Withdrawal Fees:  
  Fees for withdrawing cryptocurrencies or fiat currencies from the platform.

- Staking Fees:  
  A fee for participating in staking services, if applicable.

All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed on the platform, and you agree to pay any fees related to your use of the services. We reserve the right to modify fees at our discretion, with prior notice.

5. Risks and Warnings

Cryptocurrency trading and staking involve substantial risk and may result in the loss of your entire investment. The value of digital assets can fluctuate significantly. You should only invest what you are prepared to lose. 

By using Centxchange, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

6. Limitation of Liability

- No Liability for Losses: 
  Centxchange is not liable for any losses you incur through your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or account access issues.

- Indemnification:
  You agree to indemnify and hold Centxchange harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform, including your violation of these Terms.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Security concerns

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the platform, and any remaining funds or assets in your account will be processed according to our policies.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we may notify you via email or through the platform. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Centxchange is headquartered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed.
